BASIL GARLIC MAYONNAISE Top steak, chicken, or fish with this sauce, or toss it with warm potatoes. It's also great in a tomato or tuna sandwich. Active time: 10 min Start to finish: 1 1/4 hr (includes chilling) 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil 1 garlic clove, smashed 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon cayenne 3/4 cup mayonnaise Pulse basil, garlic, salt, and cayenne in a food processor until finely chopped.
