Bulgar Pilaf for 2 1 T butter 1/2 c bulgur 1 T onion finely diced 1 c chicken broth 0 t salt 1/4 t pepper 1/4 c frozen peas Melt butter in skillet Add bulgur and onion Stir and cook untio golden Add broth, peas, and seasonings Bring to boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer 15 minutes
