SZECHUAN GREEN BEANS 4 tablespoons sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon chili-pepper flakes 3/4 lb green beans, fresh 1 teaspoon ginger, fresh,peeled and minced 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 Spring onion, minced 1/4 cup soy sauce Heat the sesame oil and pepper flakes in a heavy skillet or wok. Add the beans and stir-fry until almost tender. Add the spring onions, ginger and garlic. Cook for three minutes longer. Add the soy sauce. Remove to a 14x11x2" dish. Add oil and pepper flakes. Cook in microwave, uncovered, at 100% for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir in remaining ingredients, tossing gently to coat green beans.
